This Privacy Policy explains how LoroHub LLC ("Lody", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our Services.

  • GitHub third-party login information (such as account identifier, profile basics, and email available from GitHub)

2.2 Device and Technical Data ​

  • Device platform and operating system information
  • Basic technical diagnostics and usage metadata

2.3 Service Logs ​

  • Operational logs and security logs needed to run, debug, and secure the Services

  • Conversation content and related workflow context you submit through the Services

  • Authenticate users and protect account security
  • Provide core collaboration and code workflow features
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Services
  • Measure product usage and performance
  • Detect abuse, prevent attacks, and enforce Terms

We use trusted service providers to run parts of the Services:

  • Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare R2 (hosting and storage)
  • Convex (backend infrastructure)
  • GitHub (third-party login integration)
  • PostHog (product analytics)
  • Sentry (error monitoring)

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Cross-Border Transfer ​

Under current operations, we do not intentionally transfer your personal data across borders. If this changes, we will update this policy and implement appropriate safeguards.

6. Data Retention ​

  • Data is stored until you request deletion or as needed for operational/legal purposes.
  • You may request data export and account/data deletion.
  • After deletion is requested and confirmed, data is permanently cleared within 30 days.

  • Request deletion of your data
  • Contact us to request corrections where applicable

The Services are available to both individual and business users and do not set a fixed minimum age in this policy. If local law requires guardian consent for minors, users are responsible for ensuring valid consent before use.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy ​

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice.
